Ann
Do you have any friends whose home you can enter without having to knock?
Snowflake
I have no friends I would want to end up seeing nekid or in otherwise compromising positions and I ALWAYS knock. Still knock before just walking into my parents' house, as well. I would be blinded for life seeing two old folks getting their freak on - and my PARENTS to boot! dscherer
I have one friend I walk right in to but I always yell a "Hello" as I enter. I always just walk right in my parents house. I never thought of the above, I may start a quick knock first. HA HA Dana

Kasey
I have a friend or two whose homes I COULD enter withoug knocking........but never do. Always a courtesy knock. I know there are lots of times I would need the same courtesy...not always company worthy
dchurchi
Yes I do have a couple of friends that knocking is not required. I usually open the door, but yell hello as I am entering just in case
kamataca
Yes...esp. if they know I'm coming. Folks with little babies don't always appreciate the doorbell if they FINALLY have one napping. I do usually call out a 'hello' as well, though. Kelly
Treebywater
My old Bible Study teacher in IL gets mad when his 'kids' knock on their door. But then, they don't have a doorknob either....
