    Psychic?

Not sure if this is where I should put this but this is a trip. Let me know if it worked for everyone or not. http://www.buckheadshow.com/psychic.php
  3. Thankyou all! My mom has finished her treatments chemo and radiation. She has a CT scan on 2-7 and meets the pulmonary surgeon again on 2-14 (valentines day!). Hopefully all goes well and they can do surgery and then we will too be in the recovery process. My mom finished treatments on Tues and is still really sick. She is does not really say how she is sick but that she just does not feel good. Her throat still hurts her really bad Any helpful advice would be so appreciated PRAYIN FOR A CURE! Also for those who had shoulder pain, did it go away during treatment like my moms, or did you still have pain? She says the only pain she is in is her throat Calintay
  4. Sorry to hear about your gram. Prayer with her, you and your whole family
  5. Congrats on 17 years! Hope you have more than another seventeen make it at least 50 more years
  6. My mom also had pneumonia when she was diagnosed
  7. I think it looks great, however, I have a hard time adjusting to change as well but yes the other colors were alot warmer for me. Rick, I appreciate your TIME, EFFORT, ENERGY, KINDNESS, and I would really like to thank you for everything. I am fairly new to the site but I have read nothing but wonderful things about you. Thanks, Calintay
  8. My mom was given this book from her sister and I have read about a quarter of it and yes it is a good one
  9. I am so happy you had a wonderful check-up. I love great news
  10. I don't think that it was she wasn't scared enough but that she is addicted. My mom continues to smoke 1-3 smokes a day and believe me she is scared! but she is also stressed, sad and ADDICTED! For the people who have smoked or do smoke addictions are not easy to kick. The same as being an alcholic your told your liver is failing sure anyone would be scared but they are addicted and will pick up that next drink. For people who have never had an addiction it is easy for them to blame and point fingers but the people that I know that has/have an addiction the finger lies with the addiction not the ADDICT! 11. When my mom was diagnosed the only think I thought was I can't lose my best friend, mom, my inspiration, the one I talk to when I have a problem. I am not ready to be with out a mom all I did was cry for days in my room. However, she has been the one that tells me I have to keep up with my school, and taking care of my family and has really pushed me to continue my life and not to stop it completely to help her. Absolutely NOT am I ready for anything like that, but if the worst was to happen I would carry on after grieving, because I know that is what she would want. My mom is my best friend! Calintay
  12. Rob - sorry to hear about your father. We as a family knew what the doctor saw was not good by the way she pointed it out and got things moving. Of course we knew that it was probably LC, I think there is always a sense of fear, sadness and disappointment in the family. One of the first things we asked her doctor was will she be okay? I loved his response he said "Keep thinking Positive" My mom was diagnosed in Nov. and finally when she started her treatment is when we were able to feel a bit better knowing that action was being taken. Now it is hard not knowing what is going on with her tumor. Good luck and stay strong!
  13. How sweet! It made me cry sounds like you have a wonderful son. He may have a hard time sharing his thoughts about this with you. My brother has distanced his self from my mom and it seems as if he is even angry. He calls and will rarely come over now. He moved out when she got the diagnosis. I think males have a hard time with their emotions
  14. Hope you can make it to your appointment. That's how I felt about the people in the valley when we moved here from a place that gets a lot of snow to a place that gets tiny if any or they get ice storms and people think they can drive 70mph in the ice Well hope your appointment goes well and stay as calm as possible My prayers are with you
