I liked Becky's poem so I thought I would share the poem that my Mother liked and wanted read at her funeral. My Dad also kept a copy in his wallet before he died and I have that copy. Becky, Thanks for the poem. I can use it several ways. For the loss of my Mother or having to worry about my husband's unit being sent to Iraq. It reminded me that I am stronger than I think I am. Pamela

Judy I'm sorry about the spelling. My Nurses Drug Guide spells it Neurotin but when I did a search it came up Neurontin in Yahoo medications. The name Gabapentin is right. I hope this helps. Pamela

Judy, If it's the same thing my Mom took it's spelled Neurotin(it is also known as Gabapentin). My Mom also started taking it for the shingles on the face and head. Her onocolgist let her keep taking it even after the shingles were healed. She couldn't handle the full dosage so he let her cut down until she was comfortable with it. Hope this helps with your search and that you find the pain medicine that you need. Pamela

I tested 58% Dixie. I thought I would test higher since I was born and raised in Alabama(stationed in Texas twice). My husband who is from Illinois tested 47% Yankee. He liked the one for the drive-thru beverage store he called that convenience. Pamela
