  1. Good Morning Everyone, Isnt it great (for me)that I can get to post first because of the time zone d ifference between us of a least 5 hours?Anyway weather here overcast but warm,I am not downcast as this June has been the sunniest and warmest in Scotland for a long time, hope July will break some sunshine records. Aw what a shame America knocked out the world cup by Ghana,in extra time played, they sure put on a great show, its a shame someone has to lose.England v Germany this afternoon,we have a saying in Scotland (amplified by Andy Murray, which caused a bit of a stir in the media here)ABE which means, Anybody But England,I dont really care who wins,as long as I can enjoy a good quality game of football, god bless us all that we are all still here and that I get to watch the World Cup being played for all over again in four years time. Well thats me officially on holiday now for a couple of months, hate to rub it in guys, does mean more time on my hands to pester you with more mailings to boot. To-morrow I am off to the University of Stiring to attend a conference sponsored by Cancer Research UK,Susan Christie of Roy Castle Lung Cancer Org,brought this to my attention, asking if I could attend, well since I am one of their cancer advocates,it is a wonderful oppertunity for me to speak up for Lung cancer support and funding,as the conference is being attended by three of Scotlands top politicans, including Nichola Sturgeon, also attending is many emminent oncologists and cancer practitioners.Following opening speeches, delegates got to choose two from eight discussion topics,so I have chosen, Topic 4 Can patient experience benefit the medical profession? I think you can guess Ill have a few things to say about that. Topic 8 Living with cancer post treatment.Again lots of things to propose in this area.I took a dummy run up to the Uni,yesterday just to confirm the route, well Ive got to say,I would find it hard to believe there is a more beautiful campus any where in the world, than Stirling, also passing en route Bannockburn and the stunning Wallace monument, must take my camera to-morrow,might even push for a wee pic of Nicola and me to-gether(chance would be a good thing)probably wont even get near her.Ill let you know how I got on to-morrow night.Got to dash now its ABC time, have a great day everyone.

    7 Days

Hi Ronnie, Good to hear from you again,it is a blessing that you have your children around you at this time for sharing and support, and although they wont always be in your presence, all the time, they are only a phone call away, you also have your buddies here 24/7.I think your thoughts of returning to work are absolutely right, keeping youself in company is really important and the distraction of being busy at work gives you less time to think about your loss.I know the loss of parents and the grief that brought me,but to lose your spouse,I can appreciate that is on another level.I wish you that the passing of time, will ease the pain you are feeling to-day,and you are able to begin to pick the pieces and feel restored enough to take back the pleasure of living your life again,as you always did.
  3. Good Evening Everyone , I sent this pic to Ned,to post to Bud since I didnt have the skills to send it online myself, thanks Ned how can I repay you?I have a feeling Bud would love to be on the end of this rod and maybe God willing he will be someday. The pic is of the Lake of Monteith, where some of the staff went on Monday for their Shaw day,the college encourage everyone on the staff to attend something sport related, for one day each year,we chose fishing. The Lake of Monteith is the only Lake in Scotland, since all the others are called Lochs?,in winter this Lake is used for curling competitions. It is a beautiful spot in Scotland, but hey,its only one of the many,as future pics I will send in will confirm, not to distract from the fact,I am sure that America has many areas of outstanding natural beauty to match or even surpass. I did post earlier, describing a quandry, whither I should stay for the bar-b-que and have a wee dram and take the train home,or stay dry and drive home,I must confess,I decided to partake in having one or two Whyte and MacKays with American ginger ale and take the train home as the best option. Wasnt it great that America won their section and are through to the last 16 nations?long may they continue through the remaining stages.See you to-morrow,pleasent dreams.
  4. Good Afternoon Everyone, Cloudy and warm to-day,but it is a special day for me,sorry youre not at my end of this message,to see the difference in my posting station, after four years of the construction process,I have finally moved into the new build and my spanking new office,Ned had the priviledge?of receiving my first two emails, and now its your turn, moving all the files is ongoing, but I now feel established.College closes down to acedemic staff this Friday,so its a bit of winding down now, still have outstanding paperwork to do yet, need Rhodas assistance, but shes off until to-morrow.Staff bar-b-cue,starts at 4pm this afternoon,I forgot all about it and brought the car in,have a choice of participating in a wee dram or two,and taking a train home,or missing the drams and driving home,oh decisions, decisions. Got an email this morning, from the chinese org informing me I was unsuccessful at the last hurdle in being selected for the trip,1500 applicants were whittled down to twenty, but they said their programme runs for five years so I may have another oppertunity,oh well back to the drawing board, thinking about going back to Sorrento,to visit Pomepii again ,there has been a lot more excavations done since I was last there, and also visit Naples museum this time to see all the Pompeii artefacts I never knew about, until after I had returned home. Going to squeeze in a look at the game this afternoon also, come away America -yeah !!!
  5. Good Evening Everyone, To-day another glorious sunny and hot day,we Scots are being spoiled,we've seen very little rain in the past few weeks,we'll probably get it in buckets in July.Speaking of July, are Scots postings to America o.k. on the forth?or have you now forgiven us,mind you, there were probably as many Scots fought on your side anyway? Glad you all enjoyed the pics,Judy, I am keeping this trip a secret,I dont want any male interlopers moving in and spoiling the attention I received,I just love flirting with the girls, although at my age,I forget why?Sorry I havent heard about Key Wests Fantasy Fest, but would love to know more about it. Bud glad you had a great family fathers day, funny I was in the supermarket on Saturday,in amongst the shelves looking for olive oil, when I came across, these bottles of rice bran oil, must get some to try it.Bud I just about choked with laughter when I read about you enjoying eating hush puppies? well in the UK they are very popular footware for men and women, very comfortable and light on your feet.I was just imagining you passing around the table, hush puppies on plates, saying slip ons or with laces, sorry I have a sick sense of humour. Calintay, sympathise with you and the rain,we Scots get our share also but look on the bright side, your countryside Ill bet is beautiful and green.I am jealous of you still having kids about the house. Judy MI,Regarding the costumes, all the girls who were on duty as coach wardens(two per coach) were dressed as Hawiian girls, others wore tee-shirts with their bus name on the front, still others in individual fancy dress costumes, each year a coach is given the title coach of the year-that is the coach who raised the most cash,so they all came dressed as cow girls with gold cowboy? hats on,labled No1 Coach.I am on tenterhooks for next years trip as our bus got nominated for fancy dress, every passenger must conform,I dont know what the theme will be. Well thats the Football just started, got to dash folks, see you all to-morrow.
  6. Good Evening Everybody, Thank you so much for your positive comments on my charity cancer walk around Great Cumbrae recently, since you ask me for more details,of the pics I am delighted to oblige.Pics one and two is Claire the founding member of the charity, that has been running for 11 years,in that time she has been responsible for raising over £300,000 in memory to a lost friend to cancer.and she has my total admiration.I dont know the current exchange rate in dollers, but I know,it s a lot of cash going to cancer charities, and a primary school in Malawi,in giving every child who attends a meal,Scotland has a close link with Malawi for over a century, due to our Scottish explorer hero Dr David Livingstone attempts the Christianise the country,he was a total failure, converting only one person if I remember correctly, but is remembered more for being the first European to discover the Victoria Falls and for freeing some African slaves from being transported to the new world.I have visited his home where he was brought up in Blantyre near Glasgow several times which is currently a museum.Pic 3 a random group of participants Pic 4 the ferry that tranfers our eight coaches to Millport, this is situated on the Firth of Clyde, or estuary as you may be more familar with.Pic 4 a group of ladies posing next to their coach, notice the label on their chests, which identifies the name of the coach they belong to,my bus is called Sumo(Susan and Maureen)Susan is my sister Irenes sister-in-law,I dont know what her relationship is to me,but we are great friends. They are responsible for ensuring that everyone who gets off the bus returns safely and running the coach raffle.Pic 6 I am afraid is outside the American culture,In the UK at the beginning of the television era in the 50s a great favorite of children, was the puppets called Andy Pandy(on the right) and his girlfriend Louby Lou.Pic 7 yours truly.Pic 8 my wee sister Irene, with our group of hikers, including Sumo.Yours truly with my wee sister, whom I love to bits.Pic 9, two sisters who recently lost their mum to lung cancer who were absolutely delighted when I told them,I would sent their pics to this site in America.Pic 10 includes the son of the lady who died of to whom the walk is dedicated to.Pic 13 random group of lady participants.Pic 14 time to relax after vthe bike and hike.Pic 15 the grounds outside the hostelry,Pic 16,a view of the Scottish Mainland from Great Cumbrae.Pic 17,approaching Largs from the ferry.Pic 18 leaving Great Cumbrae.Last but not least Largs a very old town in Scotland, scene of a famous battle Scots against the Vikings in the 12th century? which resulted in a viking defeat and they never returned to Scotland again.I think I made a little error about 12 and 13 please forgive me,but I didnt know how to go back and check without risking losing what I had already typed, hope it didnt spoil your reading.I have to thank Chris for his posting of these pics, since I dont have clue how to do it,I have sent some more to Ned directly, perhaps If he has some spare time he could post them in.(Sorry Ned for taking advantage of your good nature) Goodnight everyone thank you if you managed to stay this long, you deserve a medal.
  7. Hi Everybody, Just thought I would share the pictures from my fundraising walk in Millport. We dont know the full amount collected yet, sure to find out next week. Anyway here are the pictures, it was quite hard to bring pick the best but let me know what you think. Eric
  8. Hi Deborah, Sorry by being at the "Coos Tail" in replying to your postings, welcome to your new family of carers and sharers, dont concern yourself being long winded,I have a similar tendancy,I find getting all my concerns in my head, down on paper is theraputic, and can be the same for the readers here.I know how you are feeling just now,I found the days and weeks following my dx extemely difficult to cope with,in coming to terms with it.I remember the anger and guilt I felt about my poor life choice of smoking,in getting me into this mess.At the time of being informed of my lung cancer,my oncologist asked me if I smoked, used to-I replied, good he replied adding how long since,to-day I replied, and I never did since that day.Keep trying Deborah, you can stop. Finding this site was a turning point for me,sharing with the buddies here made me realise I was not fighting this alone, and reading their survival stories, gave me hope of having a future,to stop thinking about the dying and focus my attention on living.I think a major factor in my change of attitude was also the passage of time, you will begin to lose your overwhelming anxieties and slowly begin to relax, until you rediscover your old pre-dx Deborah, and really begin to enjoy your life again. I am really not in a position to comment on your health care insurance difficulties, primarily because I do not understand your systems but also politically I would hate to upset anyone in America,by speaking out of turn.I will hope and pray for you ,that you find a good solution to your problem, your dx is enough to cope with ,without the concerns of access to treatment
  9. Good Afternoon Everybody, Weather to-day just beautiful, blue skies sunny and warm.I have been busy today, put the washing out on the line for Sally, went up to the supermarket for the groceries, then cut the grass with the hand push mower and then forked over the borders, just in time to watch the next installment of World Cup Football, Australia V Ghana, what a super game, end to end excitement throughout, also a bonus of Englands poor performance la st night, you know its times like this on reflection how blessed I am in feeling so good, and if it wasnt for my cancer dx I would have never met such lovely people as yourselves,if I ever post in the future of feeling down,do me a favour and remind me of to-day. Judy what a laugh you have given me,thinking you were bringing in acres of an unknown crop, duh! what an idiot,my daughter got me on facebook as one of her friends, and I know Randy is on it,I dont use it since I have such limited computer knowledge,I havent a clue what its all about. Jennifer my daughter, has invited me and Sally to dinner at her flat she shares with Chris now for fathers day.How things have changed,I remember as a teenager taking Sally to a party and we missed the last train home,so we stayed at the party all night, when we got home the next day Sallys father George, had just about pinned me to the wall,he was furious with me,reminding me that in future if I am taking his daughter out for an evening he expects me to bring her home at a reasonable hour.He has since passed away and my mother-in- law,Betty, what would I give if I could have them both back again, even for only a day.I am still having problems with this scrolling effect as I type ,Its so irretating, anyway I am taking my laptop with me tomorrow to see if Chris can download my Millport trip onto this site.Have a super day see you all to-morrow.

    My mom is gone

Hi Vortex, Just recently got to know your dad through his postings here, this news has taken me aback,I am really sorry that you have to bear this burden, please accept my deepest sympathy and love. God Bless.
  11. Good Evening Everyone, Beautiful day and evening here, warm and sunny, isnt Fridays the bees knees. Too bad I was at work to-day,missing the USA V Slovenia match, all the media are reporting it was the match of the tournament so far,America were down 2-0 by half - time, they came out in the second half and brought the score back to level pegging, then they scored again, only to have it chalked off for no apparent reason, maybe the refs relatives are on the board on BP?.England V Algeria just starting,,many Scots say they cannot begin to enjoy the football until England is knocked out,England won the trophy in 1966,and since they control the media, there was no escape for Scots, since for years afterwards, they showed replay after replay,on TV programmes on the slightest of links.Well on this occasion I am going to take a more mature line,I am going to remain absolutely neutral and just enjoy the spectacle,oh enough of that "Come on Algeria, knock them for six". Bud,enjoy your 200k cycle to-morrow (phew)and a happy relaxing Fathers Day on Sunday, hunting the crappies. Ann,good to hear from you again, dont know about Ya-Ya parties,But I sure can appreciate the menu ,girls, sparklers, booze and plenty of food.Unaccompanied singing?perhaps Donny and I could come along with our acoustic guitars to assist? Hey Donny where are you?I haveny heard from you in a while, come on, get with the beat. Hi Judy-harvesting your fv crops?sounds backbreaking, what is it?hope the surgery remains off your menu permanately. Hi Judy MI,your dog looks so cute,we describe such dogs in Scotland as hand-knitted,sorry to hear about your fall, are you sure you tripped over the dog,and not had one too many vino collapsoes, only kidding,I am glad you escaped with bruises. Enjoy the rest of your day everyone.

  13. Good Morning Everyone Is the font size of this mail bigger than usual or is it just me?I didnt change it, I have clicked the font size button to normal ,but nothings happened,oh well suppose it will be of benefit to any shortsighted readers. Its early 7.00am,sunny,blue skies not a cloud in sight guess its going to be hot today (thats in the seventies to me).I think this is the only time I can manage to post during the working week, time I get home from work and shower, dinner, relax for a few minutes, and its World Cup Football time-hurrah,sorry I have been a bit negligant of you all,I do feel a bit guilty.I have been skimming the mail,Judy seems you had a real good time with the family and kids, now you can ease up a bit,Bud thanks for the photo of the boat, boy am I jealous, she looks as if she can shift a bit?no wonder you enjoy your weekend fishing trips, love to join you, share a beer whilst fishing,no cigars though. Got to dash, paper mountain awaits, finish work for couple of months a week on Friday, and move to new college next week, gosh I havent even started to pack yet, minimum paper tranfer allowed so Rhoda has been feeding the shredder big style ,between entering all the students results into Unit e.If the works not completed,I will have to go back to work in July until it is done,so all hands to the pumps, see you soon.Oh dear I clicked the preview button and the print font is now smaller than normal yet here still large - Help- and I have another problem every time I complete a line, the last line scrolls outside the viewing box,boy what a morning, have a good day everyone
  14. Good Evening Everyone, Getting to the end of a lovely sunny day here (7.15pm)Katie congratulations on your new appointment,I just know you will be great, will you still talk to us ordinary folk? Bud,you just continue to amaze me 200km,youre a better man than me Gunga Din.Any chance of seeing a wider angle shot of your boat?it sure looks a beauty, well done on your cleaning station, why not market it and make some extra cash. Sorry about keeping it short to-night,Italy and Paraguay are just about to kick off,I just love this tournament,By jove them Germans look good against the Aussies,Ill bet theyll be there abouts at the finals.See you to-morrow,enjoy the rest of your day.
  15. Hi Randy, Come on,as much as I love bangers and mash and shepards pie,you cannot compare them to haggis, its in the premier league.Got to agree with you though about ties in football, some matches as you probably know end in penalty shoot-outs to add to the excitement, however you get 3 points for a win and 1 for a draw,so it still counts towards the prize of progressing to the next round. Are you able to see the games on TV Randy?.Maybe some day I ll get to try one of your desserts.Really sorry you got to work weekends, hope you finish soon and get sometime to sit back and relax, see you soon buddy.
  16. Good Morning Everyone, Weather here overcast and warm, been raining overnight the streets are still wet.No Saturday Air?,been so buzy recently I havnt mailed for what seems ages.End of term rapidly approaches, mountain of paperwork to clear in the next two weeks, also to prepare for the move to my new office in the new building, dont know how I am going to like it,it being open plan with all our Design and Construction team all in one office.I will be sad to leave my small office which has been home to me for the last seventeen happy years, its being demolished to make way for the new car park.Oh despite a beautiful new building to move to I dont like change,I am also losing my friend and admin assistant,Rhoda to retirement, I will miss her for the cheery support she has given me all these years.I am also losing two lecturers from our school to retirement. We had a great night out for them on Friday night at a posh place called the Oran Mor,which apparently means joyful song in Gaelic, well we didnt sing, but we had a lovely meal, starter I chose-haggis, mashed potatoes and neeps,it was served on a sauce bed and it was delicious, sirloin steak to follow,if you ever get to this place in the future stay away from the sweet described as steamed ginger pudding with lemom curd,it was so disapointing,a tastless sponge, very dry served with a teaspoonful of vanilla ice-cream,dont ask where the ginger and lemon curd went. Well the Football World Cup is now underway,I look forward to this every four years, unfortunately Scotland didnt qualify (again).Theres a flag shop in Glasgow who have announced to the public that their stock of Stars and Stripes is sold out,all the Scots are supporting America in the absence of Scotland,I was in Costco yesterday in Glasgow, and I bumped into one of my workmates,we got to discussing Saturday nights match England V USA, casually asked him who he was supporting,he went into his trolley and brought out a tee-shirt with whole front of it with the Stars and Stripes,ok for anyone out there completely out the loop it finished with a 1-1 draw,I would have loved to have seen America winning, anyway its only the first game lots more excitement to come, watch this space. My passport has expired,so I got the application form for renewal and my photo taken just in case I hear anything about the China trip?maybe no news is good news.Got to dash now and get ready for ABC,have great day.
  17. Good Evening Everyone, Weather here driech(wet and miserable)however warm driech.Bud,I didnt know you owned a boat, seems everyone in America owns a boat, even if you live in Arizona?gosh in Scotland we have water everywhere, but I dont own a boat,am I missing out on some fun?.Glad you enjoyed my video,I only hope some young student seeing it,is encouraged to give up the weed. Hi Judy, hope you are feeling a wee bit better in yourself,I always find early in the mornings is the worst time for feelings of unease to creep over me,particularly I am awake lying in bed, unsuccessfully trying to get back to sleep,if I let it get on top of me I know I could win an olympic gold for worrying. Its such a vaccous emotion,it dosnt do you the slightest good.As Jesus said "Who for worry can add one day to his life".Best to get active on these occassions to distract your negative thinking and soon you will feel much better.I think you will have to give us a proper contemporary description of your family tree, you have so many members coming and going through your house I am completely confused, arent you the lucky one, hope your enjoy the next group of kids visiting shortly.
  18. Hi New MissyK, Welcome, great to have on board, always a pleasure to have a new person to share life with, the bigger the circle of friends each of us has the better,I always think.I can recognise from your posting a young person full of life, who is coping with the loss of her mum with aplomb, nice you have a brother to share with ,I know you have many happy memories of your mum to take some comfort in.I wish you every happiness with your future and I am looking forward to your future postings.
  19. Hi Judy, Its 3.04pm just now,I am at work just now and on my tea-break,I have a meeting at 4pm,I was just passing by for a moment to check the mail, and saw your posting, wish I could be with you for a moment just to give you a wee hug,Ill just have to send you a cyber one,I was a bit worried about earlier mail concerning your doctors comments, not that I understood the technicalities of your feedback,The empathy I have with you is almost like whats happening to you is kinda like happening to me,if you can understand what I mean.I am really sorry you have this doubt and fear hanging over you,I know we all live with this daily to a certain extent, and we all fear the peaks and troughs of our emotions,it takes something out the ordinary however trivial,to bring the doubts back. You know everyone here wants the best for you,and if there was anything we can do to ease your feelings we would do it.Wish I could help you more,I will mail you again when I get home. God Bless, Eric xxxx
  20. Good Evening Everyone, Ned you are a real gent, thank you so much in getting my video online, still to see Chris to get my bike and hike pics on site.I understood I was to have a question/answer type interview this morning by the students,so it came as a bit of a surprise to be asked to relate my story, only one take, so I fluffed a bit towards the end,but I did get over to the students what I wanted to say essentially.I hope you could understand my accent, and that wasnt speaking too fast as Scots tend to do.Enjoy the rest of your day.
  21. Hi Ned, Good to hear from you, posting my pics is now my No1 priority in fact many of my photo victims thought I was a professional working for some newspaper/magazine,I of course I did put them right.I was requested by the chief organiser if I could assist with their cheque presentation gala evening in October.Apparently representatives from all the recipricant charities attend and a formal transfer of cheques is made, that event in itself is also a fundraiser.I have been asked to prepare a power point photo presentation for that evening, but not to worry as assistance would be forthcoming. So I was able to tell everyone their pic will appear on the October night,I also added that they will be sent to Lungevity in America shortly, which raised a lot of questions about the website,me and my big mouth now I will have to edit my pics and figure out how to attach them to LCSC and also make it easy for everyone to find,Chris where are you?Ned I will sent some to you directly -shortly.
  22. Hi Ronvrens, Great to hear of Pats progress, shes certainly doing well on the food front,a good indicator of getting better. I am really looking forward to the world cup, particularly since its Africas first time as hosts,I am just so disapointed that Scotland didnt qualify(again). How do you fancy being nominated as LCSCs man on the spot, with your unique advantage of geography on your side,in giving us regularly your inside reflections,in all thats happening in the competition, that would be just brill for me,America v England thats one to watch, dont suppose it wont surprise you that this Scot is rooting for America, yeah, and over 5 million others not counting millions of other Scottish exiles all over the world. Please pass on my best wishes to Pat,that she continues to make good progress.
  23. Hi Murial, I hope I have met co-incidently, with your request but since I am reading your posting on Sunday morning,I thought I would reply to you in Sundays Air,I hope you enjoy my ramblings.
  24. Good Morning Everyone, Its 9 am here its warm but overcast, maybe the sun will break through later. What a day I had yesterday, the sun shone the whole day, just perfect for my charity hike and bike round Gt Cumbrae.7.30am took a taxi to the meeting point at Cardinal Newmans High School in Bellshill, uncertain what to expect,I was first there, then others began to arrive including my sister Irene along with eight coaches to transport over 300 women to Gt Cumbrae, yes thats right-I was the only male, sis "forgot" to tell me.Boy did I have fun,the ladies were all brilliant to-wards me,I sort of felt I was adopted as their mascot and since I had brought along my camera I was promoted to event photographer.Having set of at 8.30am,we arrived about an hour later at the holiday town of Largs, which is where we get the ferry for the short trip over to Millport.Largs has a long history in the twelth century?,it was the scene of a great battle between the Scots and the Vikings, where the Scots managed to kick the Vikings butts out of Scotland for good, well they were bound to lose,as I heard there were a few lads in the Scots army from Airdrie. The coaches were relayed three at a time over to the island,on landing I decided to hike,to enjoy snapping my way found, the scenery was beautiful as a backdrop to the hickers and bickers I ramdomly caught in my lens.Stopped for a picnic halfway round, watched holidaymakers on the beaches enjoying themselves, lots of birdlife to see,I really enjoyed watching the oystercatchers sitting on the rocky outcrops on the beaches calling to each other, loads of skylarks darting in an out of the gorse bushes around me,and of course the pleasent conversation of my small group of new friends made a great picnic. Three or so hours later we arrived at the finishing post the town of Millport, the the coaches were parked along the sea front waiting to receive the foot sore walkers or the butt sore bikers. Phase two of the event was now beginning,I was about to enter my coach to deposit my racksack, change my sweaty top and socks, when the ladies chased me off, they were apparently already on the bus in various stages of undress, despite my plea of only half looking by shutting one of my eyes, they were not impressed so I had to sit on sea front bench until they gave me the all clear.Do you know changing took them longer than 30mins,what on earth can take them so long,I was in and out the coach within five mins.Anyway I walked along with sis and the ladies all smartly turned out to a local hostelry booked exclusively for the hikers and bikers, where some great food was on offer and believe or not the girls entertained us with a karaoke session, seems its organised that you really have got to be good to participate, needless to say despite my inclination to join in ,I chickened out.Our group descided to leave after eating, to sit in the nearby park to enjoy the sun,so did many others,I took the oppertunity to move round all the little groups to take their pics, and a short blether with them, what a great time I was having.Coaches leave prompt at 6.30pm,bit of time was spent by the organisers to round up all the stray sheep, sorry ladies, but we all made it,you know despite it being early evening the ladies had been imbibing, and spirits were a bit high,sing-song time and a lot of laughter, yes you ladies certainly know how to have a great day out.Iam going next year? god willing I wouldnt miss this one out. Oh,each year one bus is selected, where every passenger has to have a dressing up theme, well I am an official Sumo inmate now and our bus was selected.Dont no what the theme will be but God please dont let them choose something feminine,I would just die I they chose something like ballet dancers, and knowing my sisters sense of humour, thats just the type of ordeal she would love to put me through.See you later, going to get ready for ABC.
  25. Hi Leslie, I just wanted to add my welcome also, looking forward to getting to know you.You have got a great attitude towards your cancer, well done, you are so right.
