raneyf Posted December 13, 2006 Share Posted December 13, 2006 Had my scans and appt. today. Tumor in lung has not grown or shrunk, but changed a bit. Doctor didn't like this, so we're moving on from Tarceva to the Carbo/Taxol/Avastin combo. Hopefully starting this week and looking for great success. We have a good number of satisfied customers on that particular regimen, and more are joining every day. Many are able to drop the Carboplatin and Taxol after 6 or so 21-day cycles and just continue with the Avastin, with fewer side-effects. And even on the full program, most find the side-effects quite tolerable. Keep us posted on your experience with that combination.
