Strange Larry, I have the extreme opposite problem. I have become sooo cold about things and make a joke of every single thing. People are often taken back at my "hardness and insensitivity" I have lost seven immediate family members in the last 11 yrs. It has all hurt so much I find my heart has hardened and I hardly feel anything anymore. I suppose it's all "normal" in one way or another.

Thanksgiving Divorce A man in Phoenix calls his son in New York the day before Thanksgiving and says," I hate to ruin your day, but I have to tell you that your mother and I are divorcing; forty-five years of misery is enough." "Pop, what are you talking about?" the son screams. "We can't stand the sight of each other any longer," the father says. "We're sick of each other, and I'm sick of talking about this, so you call your sister in Chicago and tell her." Frantic, the son calls his sister, who explodes on the phone. "Like heck they're getting divorced," she shouts, "I'll take care of this," She calls Phoenix immediately, and screams at her father, "You are NOT getting divorced. Don't do a single thing until I get there. I'm calling my brother back, and we'll both be there tomorrow. Until then, don't do a thing, DO YOU HEAR ME?" and hangs up. The old man hangs up his phone and turns to his wife. "Okay," he says," They're coming for Thanksgiving and paying their own way."

Don't EVER believe that. My mom believed it and went without treatment while she had a softball sized tumor in her lung. The radiology dept had a mixup and never got the scan to the Doc. I am not trying to scare you but please ask for results and even copies of reports.

Andrea, I HIGHLY reccomend you make an appointment with a Gynecologic oncologist. They have experience in dealing with this sort of thing and usually see people when there is any chance of cancer. PLEASE consider doing this. I am so sorry you are going through this. You will be firmly in my prayers.

I am just so sickened by your story. I am SOOO sorry you have been misstreated so badly. As if having LC isn't enough but to be screwed like this must hurt even more. I hope they take that bastards license to practice medicine away.
