Actually -- I've got a booklet called "The International Macrobiotic Directory". It list all vegetarian/macro restaurants in the country, broken down by State/City that are known for their macro dishes! It looks like NYC is broken down into parts -- Manhattan, Downtown, East Side, West Side, etc.....if you PM me with the specific area you are looking for, I'll see what I can come up with! Actually -- one that looks promising is called "Souen" -- listed as a Japanese/Macro restaurant, in two locations.
