I am sorry I am late at posting this but my last CT on 3/10/06 still shows "stable" disease. I continued on the Tarceva until just recently (4/11) when I quit due to some strange side effects that I was having that we think was maybe due to drug toxicity. Anyway, I am leaving to go on vacation this next Wednesday until the 30th and will have a little "holiday" from taking anything. Since the Tarceva is still in my system and will be while I am gone I should be okay. I will be rescanned on 5/1 to see if I am still "stable" and will then meet with my oncologist (who I work for)and decide on what to do as far as putting me on something new. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers that everything will stay the same.

My heart goes out to you all who have lost loved ones since I last wrote and my thoughts and prayers are with you! Take care and May God Bless!!

Glad to hear the your news. Stable is good and you'll be able to enjoy your vacation that much more. Interesting that you work for your oncologist too. Hopefully you get your questions answered in a timely fashion!!!

Enjoy your holiday.

I like your sweatshirt. I am just guessing that you were at Ocean Shores, Wa.

Let's hear it for stable...hip hip hooray!

Now, let's keep it that way. Will be looking for an update from you, Debra, after the next scan.

Have fun on your vacation!
