I would make an appointment at a Comprehensive Cancer Center. I see that you are in Kentucky. I have read that the University of Kentucky has been doing a lot of work with lung cancer. You might contact them and see if they have a teaching hospital or get direction or inforationa about the nearest Comprehensive Cancer Center. I we all certainly want to see you win this fight. This is a two night program. It is scheduled to be on Saturday night and Sunday night. I am hoping that there will be more coverage of lung cancer on Sunday night. I cannot believe that the number one killer would not get more air time. Carol

Great to read your update. That is a good call not to go in to work. I teach high school and was told to not go in for work for the same reason. All turned out well for me and I pray that it will for you also. Be sure to drink lots of water while you are on chemo. Prayers for complete healing continue for you. Carol

I am very glad to hear that chemo went okay for you. It sounds like your doctors have you on the treatment path that leads to surgery, recovery, adjuvant chemo and NED (No Evidence of Disease). God Bless you and your family. Be sure to drink lots of water while on chemo. Just make it a habit to have a water bottle with you all of the time. Prayers Carol

Welcome Danielle! You have come to a very supportive website. I was diagnosed two years ago. I found support and hope when I came to this website. I certainly hope that you do also. By the way the vitamin B6 worked very well to help me get rid of the neuropathy. Also I was advised to drink lots of water when I was receiving chemo. Prayers Carol
