Neil,
I had a nodule in my left lung that had always been there. It did not light up on my first PET scan, but it did on my second PET after my chemo and radiation treatment to my right lung. My surgeon would not do surgery until he found out if it was cancerous or not. I had a biopsy on it and it was turned out to be scar tissue.
I can take pretty deep breaths. My right side where I had the surgery feels like there is something behind the rib cage putting pressure on my ribs on that side. I don't know if that is the numbness thing wearing off or what. I am not nearly as numb as I use to be there. Someone told me that organs shift after surgery and that my stomach could have floated over there???

I asked that same question a while back. My neuropathy was in my fingers and toes. I was suggested to me by dadstimeon to try vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. They worked for me. Of course ask your doctor first.

Wait till you find some MONEY in a jacket pocket or purse that you forgot about. Now that is some real fun and makes up for the other stuff we lose. Be kind to yourself!

I am also saddened to hear this news about Dave Grant. He was a very warm and supportive person. He will be missed. My prayers and condolences to his family.
