Followed by a great dinner at son's and DIL's place...ate with the grandkids..what a treat.....I'm stuffed. We spent the day with GOOD friends and had a great turkey dinner, lots of laughs, good wine, and came home feeling pretty darn full and really good about having a wonderful day. We said last night that it was one of the most peaceful, restful, and enjoyable days we'd had in a long time. We ordered dinner ahead of time, so didn't spend all day cooking and cleaning, and were able to just talk and enjoy each other's company. I had much to be thankful for this year. Ours was good too, laid back, no rush, but super delicious! And Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream to top it all off! Yum.
