Duane her husband asked me to let everyone know Darla passed away Wednesday, Nov. 30 at home with family at her side. She leaves a husband and 4 grown children. My friend Darla Russell in Dallas, TX passed away yesterday of LC that had met to her neck. She was my phone buddy for 2 years from Alcase. She was such an upbeat person and one would never know she was sick. I will miss and do miss her very much. I spoke to Duane just before Thanksgiving and she was not doing well. I worried and prayed for her these last few days, she was a special lady. I never met her in person, I felt I knew her without meeting. Our own Dr. Cunninghan was one of her doctors (small world.) Darla was a very private person and only came to the boards her a few times under I believe USPwife (not sure.)Her hubby (Duane) is a postman...
