    recurrence

OH Jon. I am so sorry. This sucks. I am so proud of your fighting spirit though, and there ARE people who work through a recurrence...stay strong and know we are here...someone will post with amazing news for you soon! Jen
  18. I am grateful for an amazing daycare for my kids. I dropped them off today, as I am back to work.
  19. Nick, Bless your heart. I am so sorry you have so much pain, and that cancer had to ever enter your life. It sucks. You know...oddly, I thought of you out of the blue today. I was driving to work, thinking about calling mom and dad on my way, as I usually do. My phone was in my purse, in the back of the car, and so I couldn't call. Well, that got me to thinking about LCSC, and I had been thinking about pregnancy earlier, as I dropped my kids off at daycare, and we were talking about babies, and I guess, with the connection of pregnancy, dad with cancer (because I HATE the fact that when you think of dad you also think of cancer), I came to think of you and your wife today. Please know you are on our minds. Take care of Keri, and know we are here for you...the good times and the bad. God blesses us in different ways, and today, though horrible because of the memory of that dreadful day, someone somwhere said a prayer for you, and you didn't even know. It was me! Blessings, Jen
  20. Thanking of you. Bless that baby in you, as your mom is probably up there giving her/him all the pointers about getting through this tough thing we call life! Blessings, Jen
  21. My mom did the same thing. I could have bonked her on the head! Little did she know I just worried AFTER THE FACT! I would rather go through it with her!!!! Stinker! Jen
  22. Here are a few ideas ... 1. Shopping together. My mom has more fun shopping for me than for herself. 2. Feed the ducks at a local park 3. Take a drive to a river and fish a few lines. 4. Go to a local football game or live performance. 5. Buy beads and make some jewelry, or take a beading class at a local bead shop. 6. Make care packages for those in need. Just a few ideas! Jen
