kamataca Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Our "local" paper (which reaches half the state) did an article on my daughter and her efforts to help people with cancer. Her efforts were brought to their attention by someone who visited my mom's oncologist... http://www.catharchdioceseokc.org/sooner/cards.htm I hope you enjoy it! Kelly Quote
Calintay Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 What a exceptional young lady you have. Tell your daughter how wonderful she is and that she is truly appreciated for not only the pts waiting to hear the news but those who brought loved ones with them. Your daughter ROCKS! Thanks Heidi Quote
mhutch1366 Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Really wonderful idea, and a super kid. I bet she feels better doing something positive for cancer patients too. Kinda makes one feel less helpless. Congratulations, young lady!! XXOXOXOX MaryAnn Quote

recce101 Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 [ Andrea ] That brought tears to my eyes. Me too, and even as a "macho male" I'm not hesitant to say it. If Taylor can do that as a seventh grader, then WOW... Her face radiates intelligence and caring -- the world is and will be a better place because of her. You have every reason to be very proud! Aloha, Ned Quote
