This is their second trip since diagnosis My mom was telling me all about there trip and they had done a 9-12 mile hike to some point and in that hike were like 279 stairs and a trail and dark tunnell and so on and my mom said she did it with NO PROBLEMS! I could not believe it. I know if I was to go and do that I would be done for Just thought I would share this.
