Great stories !!! Mine is similar to Ann's. We were invited over to my Nephew's a couple year's ago for Christmas dinner. Betty Crocker she was not. She didn't remove the bag from the turkey. They have since divorced and my nephew has gained 30 lbs. LOL

The sun is shining here today as well Linda. It shines here most days even when it's -40. I'm from Newfoundland originally and the cold here is different than on the coast. But -40 is cold anywhere. LOL Certainly would not mistake you for a man!!! LOL But there are lots of females that survive the -40 as well. LOL

LOL Linda. I think Sandra sent you a postcard from Cancun and that is what you are using as your back drop. LOL Just like you are going to have rain until April, we are going to have below zero temps. In January when it is -40, I would gladly trade for your rain or even that -13. Hey but that's no fun if I agree with you B.C. ladies. LOL

A big sincere thank you for all the well wishes. I do feel guilty though about posting my good news when other member's who have been there for me are receiving news that may not be so good. They struggle everyday while my days are better because I was lucky enough to have mine discovered early by accident. This disease is really not fair at all !!!

Well I've never really thought about being taller or shorter, I'm 6'. But I don't like the idea from everyone that we do get shorter. LOL

Just got the results back from my 3 month x-ray. NED. I feel very lucky and fortunate and just wish that everyone's could have been diagnosed that early.

Hi Hope Ringing in the ears can be a side effect of Cisplatin. I had a Cisplatin/Vinerolbine combination. After 3 rounds they had to switch the Cisplatin to Carboplatin because of the ringing in the ears. Your sister should let the chemo people know because it can cause permanent damage.
