While we are all incredibly sad, we are joyus that Cathy has finally found peace and comfort from this hideous disease. Thank you all for the kind words and encouragement...it means more than you'll ever know. Anyone who is in the Los Angeles area ( or anywhere) Cathy's family would love to meet you and hug you at Cathy's going away "party". sharyn Posted July 21, 2005 Share Posted July 21, 2005 I am really delighted that everyone likes my candle idea... when my dad passed... his relatives in Ireland lit a candle the night of his wake here and gathered around and spoke of memories of him, thus the idea. And Ginny, I love the way you put it "lighting a candle to light Cathys way".... Maybe this should become tradition when one of our members passes.
