Your dad is absolutely right Lillian. They are coming up with new treatments. Those precious children need you so resist this disease with all you have. Joe and Gina, what an excellent example you are setting for your family in lifestyle and character! Love your scriptures. My parents lived in Rochester Hills, Michigan for 15 yrs. I have an uncle that lives in Grand Blanc and a cousin who lives in Flint. If you meet an Eckstein it might be one of them. so very thankful your are doing well. Very encouraging to hear about someone with LC accomplishing so much physically. God bless your whole family. pammie

Celebrated my 50th b-day yesterday with the bonus of having a month old grandson. Two years ago didn't know if I would be here today so feel that we had a great occasion to celebrate. The LCSC forum is a life line for me. Thanks to all of you who keep it going, share info, encouragement, worries, complications, family stuff. etc. You are all wonderful! Rochelle, please do get a second opinion. Write a list of questons to ask the docs with firmness but graciousness. What is wrong with information? Nothing. Bless your heart. Will be praying for you and your mom. I want her to enjoy life not suffer thru it. pammie

Thank you for reminding us of others sacrifices. I have a number of WW II vets in my family along with extended family members in the service now. These people sacrificed and risked so much for us. We do need to remember them with lots of thanks. pammie
