I read this article about a year ago and have since then added about 8 ozs. a day to my diet.That and my spinach salad everyday are about the only thing I have added differantly to my daily diet.Other than those I still eat mostly junk food.I dont know if they really help but I feel like maybe Im doing something to help fight off the cancer.I drink 100% pure pomegrante juice.Its kind of expensive and not the best tasteing stuff around but if you buy the cheaper combos of bluebery pomegranate or cranberry pomegranate if you read the ingrediants you are getting mostly grape and pear juice.
