Fred
Had a CT scan of my lungs today which was 3 months early for my normal nodule checkup. The scan today was due to having pneumonia 3 months ago and my PCP wanted to check the pneumonia as well as my nodules. Well, there is no pneumonia and my nodules are still stable. It has been 1 year and 9 months that the little buggers have remained stable. The report stated "these are likely benign nodules" -- just love that word benign! More good news - for all you folks who are trying to quit smoking. Tomorrow is my 3 year anniversary since I quit. I smoked for 46 years and quit for my heart - not thinking of cancer at the time. I used the nicotine patch. It wasn't easy, but well worth the effort. Good luck to all of you who are trying to quit. Fred
