tnmynatt Posted January 24, 2007 Share Posted January 24, 2007 My mom went for a needle biopsy today and the nodule had shrunk almost 50%. Therefore, not lung cancer. Turns out the radiologist could not get a good SUV on the PET scan because of the location of the nodule. We didn't find that out until yesterday during her consult. The doctor said he thinks maybe it is a little patch of pneumonia. She got dressed and we came home. Thanks for all your prayers. Blessings!
