TeeTaa
I got this from a friend today, and it eased my mind, cause NOW I know what TBone was trying to tell me on that last day! "Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting ". . . holy shi_ . . . what a ride!" And here's an advance apology if this offended any of you - but I just knew I had to share it, cause TBone (and probably David A.) would've loved it. Praying for us all, TeeTaa
Mr Ry
I am not offended. I like it. I do believe David and Tbone would also.
ginnyde
That was Earl's philosophy also. He had a great gusto for life.

Elaine
I would follow in line here, but just what does it mean? LOL, I would be the one to ask this! PS. I know what the words mean, and I understand the sentiment, and I think I lived pretty much that way, but.... something is niggling at me and I can't put my finger on it. KatieB
Can we put that on a bumper sticker? (Just kidding) That's my new mantra now. Thank you!
twodogs
Well, what can I say. I saw that quote some time back and purloined it for my "signature" on another BB. I've tried to find out who and where it came from with no luck. Nevertheless, I find it highly admirable and appropriate for use in our situations. KatieB, If it wasn't so darn long you could get it as a tattoo .
