Hi David: I hope you have been enjoying your weekend. I have heard of those hybrid machines before, but they don't haave one in my area as of last February. I will ask about it again when my next ct scan takes place. I hope your scan results bring good news this Tuesday.

Debi: I enjoyed your post. I know you were having a hard time during the procecure, but the "Highway to Hell" bit was really funny. Kurt Vonnegut Jr ha a way of writing about sad things and is funny at the same time. I could never stand the 1980s era of screamy mimi rock and roll. I am glad you got through it ok.

Welcome Dartagnan: I have been doing chemo too. I am halfway though 4 rounds of gemzar/carboplatin. I hope your chemo knocks the cancer way back.

Hi Bill: I just wanted to welcome you . I have had 3 needle biopsies. They are very reliable when the finding is positive, but not reliable at all when the test is negative. In my case, for each biopsy the result was inconclusive. The PET scan was the most informative.
Hi: I guess your best bet is to come to the states and try avastin or altima. I am an early stage survivor and can offer no personal experience. You all have my prayers.

Hi Beth: I am glad they figured out what it was. They probably had to think outside the box a little on this one. I guess the good news is that you won't feel crappy all the time after the surgery. Good Luck,

Hi Frank: well, the content of your message was serious, but I chuckled at your delivery. At least the SIINGING FAT LADY will make an easy target..slow moving.. big..and noisy. So, what about that tarceva?
