Wish me luck

I have gone in to get CT's just knowing that they would be bad because I felt like something the cat just drug in, but they would turn out to be good ones. I have had ones where my docs were just convinced I was in remission, and they would show progression. You can't always tell. I get my results tomorrow and keep trying to second guess myself. But I know in my own mind there just isn't anyway to tell. It sounds like you still have a lot of standard chemo and clinical trial regimens to try. Or like that one med student from Chicago said a good onc could try to recombine the chemos like carbo/taxol, gemzar, navelbine, etc. and possibly add a third drug to the combo for more definite results. You might want a second opinion. I have had five. Still confused. Good luck.
